Whats the standard gage of a lobe piercing?

For guns, the standard size for both piercings is 20g or 18g. With needles, the standard for the lobe piercing is the same but for cartilage piercings it's usually 16g.

Cartilage piercings- [20g or 18g for gun piercing] and [16g or 14g for needle piercing]
Lobe piercings- [20g or 18g for gun/needle piercing]

All of my ear piercings (other than my rook) are 20g.

Cartilage shouldnt be done with a gun, so ur looking at the larger size as it should be done with a needle!
