From what I understand (as in what my mother, a professional piercer, told me a while back), surface piercings tend to reject a lot. As far as I know there's no way to stop a piercing from rejecting itself, but I think you should go see your piercer about it; your piercer's the expert on the subject and they'll be able to tell you for sure what to do.

With any piercing there's chance of rejection. Microdermal piercings like yours do have occurances of rejection too. Like it was said previously, you should go back in to your piercer. Chances are they'll have to take it out because it's rejecting and it's best if they do it.
