I have captive ball rings for my lip and all you have to do is pull the ball out of the ring. It has little indents on it to hold it in place, so you just line them up and push it together.

Hahah I have these on my nipple piercings and I personally don't really like them, I'm planning on switching to barbells!
But to answer your question you just pull the ball out from the middle. Just yank it downwards and it pops off. Then you have this open space in the ring that you can slide into your ear, then pop the ball back up! It has little indents on the side that catch the ends of the ring inside of it.

Got a question? I might just have an answer. Feel free to PM me.

^^^^ Some of the most annoying rings in the world.

They are extremely annoying. I actually recommend circular barbells. They are much easier to use.
