Lost the hole to my nose piercing.

Hiyas,
So I was trying to change my nose stud this morning.
Got it out perfectly fine. Then once I tried to put a
new one in I could not for the life of me find the hole!
I tried for an hour!
Is there any easy way to find it?
I tried pushing it out from the inside, pushing the nose
ring in multiple hole-looking places, lubricating the nose
stud, even putting water on the outside and inside of
my nose! How long does it take to close?
It's been pierced for a year at the end of this month.
And this is only the 3rd time I have tried to change it,
but the only unsuccessful time. =/

This is going to sound really bad.. but have you tried shining a light on your nose? It might help


Or putting your thumb and finger on either side of the skin and rolling them around until you feel a little bump.. a bit like your ears.

I don't know much about nose piercings, not having one myself, but that's what I did when I couldn't find the hole in my ear.

This might sound a bit weird but put your thumb in your nose and your index finger on the other side and you should find the hole.
