hello all it's the start of february as you may know and i call it the month of love
please share if you have any ideas for me or yourself
what happened was, i just got to thinking that i hadn't always considered myself or others in life, so this is a good time to be fully loving and whats it mean? to consider the other person every time - they have to come before me
i'm sure many people here know how it's easy for someone to say or do things that feel good, but the one on the recieving end might not.
How about being good to ourselves and others and what a better time to start?

Hey there,

It is always a good thing to try and be good to ourselves. I think that a lot of the time we don't focus on the importance of loving ourselves and taking care of ourselves. While it is always great for us to be good to other people we have to try and learn to be good to ourselves too.

Talking positively about ourselves can be hard though. I struggle with this quite a bit and part of that is because it is so much easier to point out my flaws.

One suggestion I have is that you could try and make a list of a few positive things you did each day. By reminding yourself of the things that you've done well or the things you have accomplished you might not focus as much on the more negative things you might be feeling.

This might not be an easy thing to do but I had a therapist suggest it to me quite a few years ago.

Best regards.
