Random Acts of Kindness - September 21st 2018, 05:55 AM

https://psyche.media/random-acts-of-kindness

If you check out this link, I talk about how I turn my coping mechanisms into random acts of kindness. For example, an act of kindness I did today was buy myself a new laptop. This way I can continue to write and post advice in a much easier way than doing everything on my tiny phone. No, it's not selfish to treat yourself in moderation. But not only was this an act of kindness for myself, I'm doing this to write advice and help others as well.

What was an act of kindness you did today?

I think that it's so important to treat yourself with kindness, but not to the point of being completely selfish. You did this because then you can continue to share your inspirational posts online for others to read. I hope you continue to spread the positivity!

You're right that it is important to spread kindness!

I didn't really interact with people much today, but yesterday I accompanied my roommate to the health center when she was sick.

It definitely is important to do kind things for others and for ourselves as well.
