Three good things about today

I was able to push myself mentally.

For yesterday:
-I went outside and went to the safari park.
-I saw many animals, like frogs, parrots, and sea lions.
-I took photos with my camera, which I haven't done in years.
Bonus: I had a really nice sandwich. I shared it with my Mum.

Identifying that my body was feeling exhausted from intense workout, and calling out from going to my exercise session today.

Being able to sit outside for an hour and half, almost two hours, and really be able to take things in. I also had a nice chat with someone.

That we're a third way through the year and I am amazed at how much I have grown in these few months and how resilient I am.
