...cause i heard from an old online friend today.
you think its nothing?? i havent heard from her in 3 months. its something... also cause i didnt have a big urge to eat.

I had fun shopping with my mom today... Which is huge, since she normally doesn't bother talking to me much in favour of my sister, let alone going anywhere with me!  I completed a painting I'm actually HAPPY with as a gift for an online friend I'm meeting up with at a Goth Picnic in the city! I bought some new items which made me happy, like armwarmers, canvases, a cute clip-in bow with attached veil, a wristband, and a new wallet! I had a little girl compliment me on my Nightmare Before Christmas purse in the mall today, and when I thanked her, she started telling me how no one she knows has seen the movie. i ran into my bestie in the city today small world
we hung out in the arcade and i beat him at air hockey then we hung out in HMV like losers and he gave me the rest his lemonade and i got my boogie shoes stuck in my head by K.C and the sunshine band no thanks to so you think you can dance lol

I'm happy today because... I got the paintings for friends pretty much ready to send out, and got the painting for my Jason done today. It's not great, but its not complete rubbish either.

Argh lots of nice things have happened this week! So I'll do a weekly one
This week I'm happy because ... 1) My boyfriend who lives a good 3 or 4 hour train journey away from me sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers ever and some chocolates to cheer me up. I was so happy I cried. 2) I went out and bought new heels and new dresses. And new underwear. New things make me feel pretty. 3) I've been out for an Indian meal. 4) I went out for an all you can eat chinese buffet, which was nice, and the manager made me a rose out of a red napkin. 5) I've taken time on a few days to do something with my hair and it makes me feel like I actually look nice

I'm happy because I'm learning to be less of a perfectionist. And that its okay to continue to write and paint even when each stroke does not turn out perfect.
Also getting job applications and filling them out, and studying for my drivers test. |

I get to go hang out with my friends tonight. Going to forget about everything and just enjoy myself. It is well deserved I guess.
