I'm happy today because...

I spent the morning and early afternoon with a little cousin that was thrilled to see me, and I'll get to see him tonight as well. I love spending time with this little one and he makes my heart so happy.

1. I'm off work for a week and a half!!!!

2. My colleague gave me some of her home made spice seasoning to make new curries with so even though I hate my job a lot of the time the people there can be so so lovely.

I'm happy today because I had a nice family get together at my Nan's house and our family came down to visit. And tomorrow is My Gram's b-day, so that's always exciting.

I have book club today! I am really happy for it this month since it helps me de-stress and I enjoy the time I have with people

I'm happy today because I've finally found a support group and it's so nice to be able to really see that people understand what you're going through.

Because I was able to get discharged today, so first night back home.

I only have about 100 pages of my book left

Work day, counseling, and then another appointment. Hopefully this will drive me through the next twelve hours! Then.... I get to sleep in tomorrow!

I'm happy today because I've finally found answers for things that I'm dealing with. It's nice to know that what you're going through isn't just in your head and that others understand how you feel.

I'm happy right now because it's the end of the day, got through it relatively well though there were some bumps.

I'm happy today because I'm going to spend some time relaxing with family, and working at my own pace to get some things around the house finished. It's nice to have a day where things are slow moving.

Paid holiday today.

So much closer to Friday! My boyfriend and I might do stuff together this weekend too. Maybe go see ant man or something.

I woke up without anxiety!

I have therapy. I know that shouldn't make me happy but I really need someone to talk to about my anxiety. My hope is we'll be able to figure out ways to cope. I should talk to her about what my brother said yesterday because that is bothering me.

I am just relaxing at the moment and later on I will go over to the park and play music for the lovely people walking around in the park.

I am going to be starting a new book and I am quite excited for it!

Wednesday which means it's closer to the weekend.

I've had a very pleasant day.

It looks like she got the issue fixed so that's good I suppose.

Had a nice long catch up with someone who used to to work with me today.

That was a fantastic show, even if I don't know shit about that franchise.

I am so grateful for my best friend. She is the absolute best!

I gave myself a mental health day and I feel so much better for it.

I'm happy today because today was a good day. Was able to participate in some fun activities with my daughter.

I bought a car

I woke up early but I am not overly anxious so that is nice. I am also trying audible for 3 months and I am excited about that.

I stepped out of my comfort zone and it paid off in a major way. I'm so glad I took the risk and that it ended well.

I get to drive my car to work and don't have to worry about a car breaking down anymore!

I'm back in my grandparents house eating homemade limber for the first time in ten years. My aunt's are gray, my baby cousins are beautiful, and all the little things that I remember are still here. I'm gonna cry.

Got some writing done today.
