a psychology test - December 2nd 2009, 02:18 PM

Okay so Monday I took a Psychology test on Depression and disorders. I knew I did really well on it, but today when I got my test back the score was 16/50...I was so mad.

I have this like phobia of talking to people in person, so I finally built up the courage to go to my teacher at the end of class to tell her she scored my test wrong. She argued with me a bit over it, then finally said "wow, hmm you're right."

This just makes me so proud of myself....first for passing the test and also for standing up for myself and talking with the teacher.

I'm not one for words right now. But since it's you, I just wanted to say like I did on MSN. I am so proud of you. <3

We use Scantrons...fill in the bubbles and the teachers put it into a machine that scores it.

(on the teachers part)

does that mean you never have any written tests always multiple choice?
if so you have it so easy!

Hey Briana,
First off, it's really great that you stood up for yourself even if it meant pushing yourself a little out of your comfort zone. Second, congrats on passing the test. You should be proud of yourself! :]

it's so annoying when you get the wrong test score and have to argue it.. has happened to me many a time.. [although i reckon my old maths teacher did it on purpose.] ha, anyhow.. congrats on doing well on your test.. and standing up for yourself!

Just think if you wouldn't have argued with it, and just kept that score.
You should be proud of yourself Bri

my school also uses scantrons for ANYTHING multiple choice. most tests have a large multiple choice section AND a writing section as well.
