I got accepted

Today i got accepted to go to councling...i am excited and nervous it was a huge step for me

first i had to call them...i have telephonobia (yes its real) [i have a fear of talking on the phone]
but i overcame that after multiple times of dialing and hanging up

then they varified my insurance

then they called me back and left me a message to call back

so i had to call back....
took myself hours of convincing of doing (had a panick attack on the phone but they calmed me down)

then i acctually got accepted....

a little while back my councler just up and left one day and ever since i have not been able to trust anyone...i just hope im not wrong with letting my guard down on this..but it was a good day...good day

Hey Crystal,
I'm glad you were able to face your fear today. I'm sure it wasn't easy, but you managed to push yourself out of your comfort zone enough to get through it. You should be proud of yourself. Hopefully you'll go into this counselling with an open mind and a little positivity. Last time may not have gone well, but this give this time a chance to help. Take care! :]

You should be proud of yourself for reaching out for help. It's definitely not an easy thing to do, but you've done it and things can only get better from here, right? Hope things go well for you. Keep your head up.
