5 Weeks

Today makes 5 weeks of a self harm free Amy.
I don't believe this has happened since.... 2 years ago? Maybe a year ago?
Currently, it's a mixture of happiness and sadness, but I suppose it should be entirely happy.
It's taken me a long time to get this far.
I am proud of myself... and I probably could do this without help from some of you guys <3
For me, it seemed like the key was getting over a week... and praising myself each day while forgetting about it entirely.
