So for some reason after doing maybe 2 minutes of this yoga that I randomly found on DirecTV, I just got really inspired to do everything that I was putting off! Make appointments, clean my room, read!
I just feel completely inspired and I wanted to share/not forget that I felt this sudden BURST of inspiration!  (which could also be the work of the speed reading book I was reading previously as well and the mini strength training I started back up again today as well)Hope everyone gains the same this summer! You can lose yourself. Everything. All boundaries. All time. And just when the sweet confusion is so intense you think you're gonna die... you kind of do. Leaving you alone in your separate body, but the one you love is still there. That's a miracle. You can go to heaven and come back alive.
