Soooo... I don't make Good Days threads all too often, but I have something pretty damn worthy of a Good Days thread. Hell, it's worthy of a Damn Good Fucking Days thread, if that forum actually existed (Rob, Mel, O&PC: Take that as a suggestion).
But enough of my banter, the real reason I made this thread was because... ... Wait for it... ... Jessi and I are getting engaged!!! (Oh, what's that? The thread title ruined the suspense? Well damn it  )But yeah... I'm really, really, really excited. It's going to be a long engagement, no plans for marriage any sooner than a year out, and possibly farther away if we feel we need more time. We're pretty flexible. We just know that we love each other and we want to spend our lives together. We still plan to continue our schooling and such as before. Neither of us is dropping out or anything crazy, but we do plan to move closer together and go to the same college as soon as possible. So that'll be amazing. Umm.... I just love her so much and she makes me so happy and I'm just really fucking happy right now. Like, so happy I feel like I'm riding a unicorn and getting to Taste the Rainbow and I won the lottery and then was kidnapped by fairies to be their king for a day and finally was sent back home to eat a bowl of ice cream. That's kind of what I'd compare this to, only better, so yeah.... chocolate bacon. <33333333 ~Cody

Oh, yes. Engagement. My goodness, I am excited. =D I love that boy with all of my heart. We've been through so much together; we have grown and changed, and we still love each other. I can think of nothing better than spending the rest of my life with him.
We have a tentative wedding date in mind, but we understand that things may change. However...that hasn't stopped us from beginning a bit of the planning! It's so much fun to surf wedding websites together, to discuss venues and music and styles. Guh. I'm happy. <3 |

That is a GREAT thing and what is even better is you two are being smart and finishing school. A LOT of people do not. This will also allow for plenty of time to save for wedding.
