5 Things I'm Grateful For Today -

So my goal is to write 5 Things I'm grateful for or appreciate everyday in this thread/in my journal. I've been reading this book which says:
"researchers have also found that people who express gratitude on a regular basis are healthier, more optimistic, make more progress toward their goals, have a greater sense of well-being, and are more helpful to others" and so: Five Things I'm Grateful for Today 1. My ability to care about my health 2. That my oven works! 3. Super Junior's existence 4. Having the chance to talk to Sam each week (today's our skype date  )5. For having caring parents who supports my goals, ambitions, and dreams I encourage everyone to try this too! On here, in a journal, on a post-it note, whichever! Even if it's just two weeks - see the difference

I think mine would be:I'm grateful for ... 1) Having a patient boyfriend who's had to wait around because of me all day! 2) Being walking distance away from uni, even though it is a bit of a trek! 3) Having my boyfriend here with me 4) My mum who helps me out a lot with everything 5) Chocolate :P I was told to do something similar to this when I went to a few councelling sessions ... she said it'd help boost my self esteem.  Sometimes it's better to forget how you feel and remember what you deserve S. M ... still in my heart, forever  |

I got to have a good work out today 3.I have a loving and caring family 4.This was a pretty good "friday the 13th" 5.I talked to new people today I'm living truth that the impossible is possible and life get's better for everyone.
