OK I am not sure where to put this but i wanted to share this story.
This morning, yet again I got into a discussion with some people about my favorite hotbutton issue...Masturbation. It was me against two guys, and they went with the whole, "no lust in your heart" approach and I went with the whole "It is prefectly, totally, utterly, and completly natural, safe, and expected of humans" and we talked for a little while and we agreed that it does have "some" health benefits, but it is still really really bad for you. I pressed them into why. They quoted scripture about how you are not suppose to heven lust after a woman in your heart, or you have committed adultry. I refuted by asking about masturbating to the image of your wife. They said it was selfish and bad for your relationship, and it made you think of your wife as a sex object. I said it's not about the object. They siad that wasn't the point, you are still having sex-for-one when God made sex for two. Then "Why do we have a sex drive at 12 and a wife at 23?" Because the Holy Spirit can come down and help us over come that and many over temptations I said "I don't think it is something to over come." And thne they quoted some random fact that 76% of married couples that masturbates (either one or both) end in divorce. I called bull**** and got up to varify the stats myself. Adn then one guy tried giving me a last word by saying "Just think of it this way, is this something you would want to do with God standing next to you." I furrowed my eyebrows in thought, perked up and replied "What are you talking about? I already do." :P ZING!!! "One of the things I regret the most of being able to imagine anything,
