Talked About My Self-Harm -

It happened a long time ago, so that's one reason why I don't talk about it. Another reason is that... well, it's been a very private matter for me (understandably). I've talked to two boyfriends about it, but that's it. I've never told my parents, my friends, my roommates... not even the people on TeenHelp. Until today. It was just a few sentences, but it felt great to finally say something. =)

I'm very sorry that you dealt with that at all, but major kudos to you for talking about it. Even though it was a long time ago, as you said, it's a major accomplishment to get those words out and more proof that you have grown since that point in your life.
