Turned my frown upside down. -

I forced myself to get up and do stuff today. I decided to take charge of my life and get out of this slump.
So I went to the library and worked for 5 hours. Helped a bunch of people there and had a great time talking to the staff. I'm glad I do volunteer work. Then went home and went with Mum and Dad to the farm. Took some great photos. I've turned a bad day into a good day and I'm proud of myself. It might not seem like a big deal to you, but to me it's a massive step. |

It totally IS a big deal to get motivated like that, so well done!
 I know all too well how difficult it can be to get out of the house sometimes, but it sure is worth it once you feel this sense of achievement. Keep it up!
