He finally asked me on a date! -

Hey everyone,
I've been posting a lot of questions about one of my best guy friends that I have been interested in and I wanted to let everyone know that it is all working out! Yesterday, he asked me to go have lunch with him and it went GREAT! I found out that he is interested in the exact same things as me! And we're both total politics nerds!  He said he enjoyed being able to talk politics with someone without arguing and he wants to take me to lunch again sometime! I feel so happy right now, even if we don't end up getting into a relationship, I am lucky to have found a friend like him.
