Progress :D- councillor is great -

Had my first councelling session since july- as was out of the country.
And i broke down completely- which was bloody embarresing. But for the first time i mentioned what was really going on in my life and i felt that i could talk to her and she was listenign. which has given me the courage to try to open up a bit more to her. But yeh, basically my councillor is able to actually show me how to cope, and is just generally really good. So yeh, jsut feeling happy and proud of actually sharing x Just one smile makes you think i'm happy... why won't just one tear make you realise i'm not? x
