 I had my first date yesterday, with this really amazing girl. We went to the mall in Dubuque, IA (my college is really close to the WI/IA border), and went into one of those silly photo booths, then we went to Spencer's and bought matching rainbow socks that say "100% GAY" on them, so we can wear them tomorrow for National Coming-Out Day. Then she took me to Hu Hot, which is a Mongolian grill, and then we went to see 50/50 at the theater in Platteville, which was a great movie. After that, her mom said I could sleep over, so I did, and I found out that she likes me as much if not more than I like her, which kinda made my life... I can't stop smiling. I'm falling SO HARD for this girl

Oh, and while we were on our way back to my dorm so I could get some clothes, I was talking about how I couldn't tell if her mother likes me or not, and Kendra (my gf) said she does a lot. Then she was like "Yeah, we were talking about how I think I made a really good decision, and she agreed and was like... um... yeah, I'm not gonna say, it's awkward..." So of course, I bugged her to tell me and she said her mom was like "I see the way she looks at you. It's like she's really looking at the real you. Not just your body, but she's really seeing you." :hehe"
