The first time in weeks!

First time in weeks I've felt honestly happy!
And it's all because of 2 people I've never met.
The first is an online friend of my ex who is in his 30's and he said he would be willing to talk to me if I needed someone to talk to. And I did tonight. And he told me about how being happy is a choice. And I've heard people say that plenty of times before but the way he explained it made actual sense and he had me think happier thoughts on a scale of 1 to 7. And at first I couldn't imagine how I could be happier, being happy sounded so hard and unattainable and thinking about being happy made me feel worse because I thought it was something I couldnt have. But he had me do this, gradually working up to happier thoughts...and it freaking worked! I went from like a 1 to like a 5! And then I went and cried for a bit and felt even better and more confident after I got the tears out.
And the other one...I was complaining on tumblr about how I have too high standards for guys, they have to be nerdy and silly...and how there are probably more silly guys than I think but I haven't been finding any. And then some guy sent me a message saying he's silly and nerdy and said I would be the perfect girlfriend because we could get pokemon and play together on a couch on a rainy day. And it sounded so perfect...and just, those guys are out there somewhere I just have to find them.

I love being happy. I forgot how nice it was.
