My mom likes someone!

I never thought this day would come.
But we met this guy again that was a friend of ours from camp after like, 4 years, and it was hilarious because he didn't even realize I was who I am. But him and my mom hit it off almost immediately, and they like each other A LOT. My mom still needs to be unbound from my dad, and he still needs to divorce from his wife which he's planning on doing soon, but still. They're adorable together, and I actually like the guy. He's one of the few guys I like, and I think he'd be a good match for my mom. He makes her really happy, and I just heard a little while ago, "Thanks, I really like you too." from MY MOM. I never would've expected that from her, she was always talking about how she'd never like anyone again, and how she'd be single forever. But I hope they start dating soon, after he gets a divorce. His son and I get along too, which is good, and the son's dumped his girlfriend to (probably) be with my friend. So this is a big triangle, but I like it.

I hope they end up getting married. I really do. I may have an actual dad for once! And an older brother! (Only by a couple months, but still.)

And apparently since he's getting the divorce soon, he's selling the house he's needed to sell for a couple years, and he's probably coming down for Thanksgiving! YESS.

Thats great, I'm glad you are so happy for your mum, a lot of people don't like the thought of their parents dating. I hope he makes your mum happy

Yeah, well I hate my dad, and I like this guy. So I helped hook them up together, and she's super happy. I guess they're even talking about getting married. That would be awesome!

I know, well most kids like both their parents. I don't, haha. I really like her boyfriend, so I'm supportive of it. He's a good dad.
