Everybody has their moment when they're like wow, I'm growing up. Or look at how far I've come since....
Today I had one of them. (I've had a couple before too.) since it's Halloween we all want to go trick or treating, correct? Well, since my costume wasn't the best for school as it could have insulted somebody (And I did NOT want to go there. xD) I didn't wear it like a lot of other kids. So I left it in my 10th hour classroom since I had planned to go to my best friend's house after play practice. (That also happens to be the director's classroom.) Well, later I get to rehearsal and find out I have to be there until 8:00 and I obviously had to think of what to do. I chose to stay the whole time at rehearsal.
I don't know.... At the end my director said "I really appreciate that you stayed the whole time." And it just kind of made me happy. Last year I would've been like, "Hell yeah, I'm still going trick or treating!" But now I'm kind of happy I didn't. Seeing all of the people leaving early and knowing I was staying through everything just made me feel like I actually accomplished something. xD

And also, I think I might have a little crush. He's sweet, pretty cute, and also has the same warped sense of humor I do. xD I mean, today he came dressed as a police officer and also was wearing a pig nose. (Police officers are nicknamed piggies for some odd reason in my town xD)
The only problem with my little crush is that a friend (Or rather an acquaintance since I barely talk to her.) also likes him. Either I should just get over my little crush or find a big stick to chase her away with. Totally just kidding about the big stick part... Or am I?
