I went for my intake appointment for therapy today. Basically my mom had to do a crapload of paperwork and then we went in and talked with a therapist for a bit and then I talked to her alone. She's not going to be my therapist, but she's going to match me up with someone.
When my mom got out of the room I was more comfortable with telling the lady stuff and even disclosed how seriously I've been questioning my sexuality lately and she said that they can definitely help me out with dealing with that. I feel like everything is getting better for me because I'll have someone to talk to and I'll be able to figure out who I am. I'll be able to get my life sorted out and back on track now. My friend annoyed me a bit today but I'm not even going to let THAT bother me today, everything's just looking up. <3 And that was my little happy thread of the day.

I'm glad to hear that everything is looking up. I'm sure having someone you can talk to you will definitely help you in the ways that you want, so I'm glad to hear you've got that. I hope things stay good! x

I'm really pleased to hear you're getting the help you deserve.
Some therapy sessions may not be easy, but I have every faith that everything will work out great in the end. Keep your chin up.   |
