I got the interview! -

A friend of mine works for a local animal hospital, and has helped me to get an interview tomorrow at 10AM. I've been without work since February 2011, so nearly a year! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Thanks guys! I'm really going to need the luck; I used to do so well with interviews, but lately, with nobody hiring me, it's kind of shot my self-esteem down. But, I'm hoping since I have an insider to help me out, I'll get the job!

The interview went wonderful!
At first, I was a little iffy. I walk into this conference room with about 20 other applicants. I had no idea that it was a "group" interview. It was interesting though; we went over the companies basic information, and did this group activity where we had to choose the last 6 people on earth (profession wise) after a nuclear fall out to rebuild society (My group was the best  ) And, then we went in for one on one interviews. It went alright. Applying for something like this has really made me think: maybe something in the medical field WOULD benefit me. I was thinking about becoming a counselor of some kind, but I've always wanted to work in the medical setting so I think I'm going to go back to school to be a medical assistant. I can start taking classes in the Summer, but now I just need to get things worked out! I might be starting a bit late, but I'm working out my life beginning today!

I got the phone call I was waiting for! And, with GOOD news!
This morning about 11:30, I received a call from a girl named Kelly from the animal hospital. I never really answer calls from unknown numbers, so I let it ring and waited for the voicemail. They want me to come in for that 4 hour observation! I got in on Tuesday from 10 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. Thanks for the well wishes guys! Let's hope I get this job.

That is so exciting!! Congratulations for getting this far and best of luck for the rest of it! What would you be doing there?
