Doctors- big step taken - February 24th 2012, 05:17 PM

So in my doctors appointment.
I actually felt able to tell him about my eating problems, suicidal thoughts, the voices.
All i've told him before is that i feel low and anxious.
He barely made a deal out of it, just adjusted my tablets and stuff
Just feel so proud of myself for talking, it was so hard, scary such a big thing,
but now it seems so much easier

Wow! That's a huge step and it's definitely something to celebrate.

wanderlust consumed her;
foreign hearts & exotic minds compelled her.
she had a gypsy soul
and a vibrant heart for the unknown.
