Omg, I'm so bored. - October 3rd 2012, 05:29 PM

I'm unemployed and it's raining constantly I have nothing to do. All I've been doing for the past few days is playing Mario kart 7 whilst watching daytime TV and that's getting dull.

Me and my mental health nurse are trying to find me a volunteering job working with children (which would be awesome) but right now I have nothing to do.

My friends are also back in college or work so I only see them on the weekend.

I'm like Rapunzel off Tangled.

What should I doooo?

You could volunteer at a charity shop or another organisation if there's any close by or if there's none close by maybe join a charity where you could do things from home (amnesty international has letter writing schemes etc.).

Start a new hobby (I'm sure you said that you were trying out soap making ) and maybe sell some of your stuff on Etsy if you think it's good.

You could read more books, fiction and non fiction. If it's a good book then you'll not notice how quickly the time flies by

Try making candles. Cheap, minutes to learn lifetime to master, good gifts.

Oh God, the soap I made some using the the "melt and pour" method which turned out fine. I then decided to make my own soap base using lye. I left it to set for 5 weeks and it's just really, really messy/oily. I don't know what I done wrong.

My mum knits I may ask her to teach me actually

Explore your city/town. Set out on foot/bus, visit places. Don't plan, let it unfold on its own and surprise you. My brother does that a lot and its really fun. Try new food at weird places, experiment. You can also try some recipes from a cook book/Internet.

Try out new hairstyles on yourself. You can see YouTube Videos for that. Or try some nail art.

Try some craft work. Craft is fun.

Have fun!

Hello

you can learn a new language

by Internet for free.

Learning a new language will

help you discover others,

discover their culture and

thier history.

That knowledge will develop

your culture and will

make you feel strong.

If you decide to learn Arabic

I can Teach you for free

By Skype.

we can meet once a week, an

hour or more.

and step by step, you will

have another language

Imagine yourself after on year

can be read in another

language or working as a

translator.

Even if you get a job now,

you can continue to

study a new language for free

by Internet.

Think about it, if you decide

to start just let me know

I will help as much as I can.
