I tend to tell my guidance counselor when I am struggling more so than anyone else. Because of that she helped me see the counselor in my school that comes from an actual clinic. She tends to know what's on my mind and how I'm feeling, and she was one of the first I told about my self harm and suicidal thoughts. These things are all pretty scary to talk about.

My counselor knows everything. When I mean everything, I literally mean everything. I don't have one secret that he doesn't know. I don't have one habit, or one problem that he doesn't know about. I've had the same school counselor for 4 years now (so obviously, we are close). He truly is someone I really trust, and on more of a personal level, he's a really good guy.

Chris
I hope you know that you deserve it all. The best, the most honest, the most beautiful purest love in the world. Not only to be loved by others, but to be loved by yourself. To look in the mirror and think "Yes, I'm exactly who I want to be". To speak up and be proud of yourself. To be brave and open. You deserve the nicest and most caring people to walk into your life. You deserve it all, you know. The whole world...

The only things I spoke to my guidance counselor about in high school were the classes I was taking. He was a creeper & I wasn't comfortable talking to him about anything but that.
