Art of Living- Sudarshan kriya, Sri Sri Ravishankar - July 29th 2013, 04:12 PM

Idk where this one will go.

Soooo, I am a little lost. I recently did their course. What I want to know is, has anyone of you done any of their courses? Or do you know someone who did it? Answer these questions of mine if you can. Feel free to ignore the ones you don't feel comfortable answering.

What I basically want to know is the difference between psychological therapies and this course. Can any of them completely work alone to help you, or does it need to be a mixture of both? Tell me your experience?

-Have you been diagnosed with any psychological disorder? If yes, then which one.
-Have you been seeking treatment for it or anything else? For how long? How did it help?
-Have you been on any medication?
-How did this course help you? How was this help different from therapy?
-anything else?

Do tell if they could have worked individually or did you need a mix of both. Possible explain why.

Depression

I went to counseling a few yrs ago for about a year. It didn't really so I stopped going.
-Have you been on any medication?
Yes I tried a few medications but also stopped them because they either weren't helping or made things worse.
-How did this course help you? How was this help different from therapy?
I learned to finally cope with it on my own.
