Need advice and prayers - June 3rd 2018, 12:14 AM

Hey! So, has anyone heard of this firm before? [edited] My brother wants to go to the US for his higher studies, but he had once been caught in a drug case and since his criminal records are not clear, it's difficult for him to migrate to other country. It's after years, that he finally is serious with his life and now that he really wants to do something good, there are many obstacles in front of him. However, one of our friends have recommended to consult this firm for his clearance. Hence, would like to know more on them. Would appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Since the firm was edited I cannot tell you much. I can say that whenever you are looking into seeing a lawyer the best thing to do is to do research. You might be able to talk to a few different firms that deal with this type of situation and make a decision based on how you all feel about the firm. A lot of the time people do review different businesses so you might be able to get some insight that way. However, I would take those reviews with a grain of salt. They might help you all come up with questions to ask the first based on what you've learned from them. I do suggest that if you go down to consult with this firm or any other firm you have a list of questions that you all would like to ask. I don't know if your brother would want you to go with him but maybe the both of you could write down a list of questions to ask. A red flag with any type of firm is if they are unwilling to answer the questions or they give relatively evasive answers.

Best regards.

Your brother should contact the firm, and talk to them. Tell them about your brothers case and the issues.
