PhoenixAlive can't access TeenHelp forums or Private Messages

My Husband (PhoenixAlive) was recently promoted to "HelpLink Mentor" and now, is unable to access his Private Messages, or the forum because when he logs in, he is re-directed to HelpLink. He can't login to HelpLink because he can't access his PMs to get his login. He's stuck at the HelpLink page, and no matter what we try, he's still on that page.

EDIT: How can he get OFF that page to get his PMs to then, Login?

That will be the HelpLINK redirect system, I believe.

This is an accidental error, as new mentors are not redirected at first, that hopefully Rob or Mel will be able to fix, so I suggest you PM them, so they see this, because they are the only ones who would be able to fix this. Sorry about the mix up. Tell him congratulations and to just hold on tight until someone can undo this!

Edit: And Rie, new mentors are not redirected at first because they need to get their account set up and have time to read the training manual.
