I am a LHO now and I was just wondering when I am writing on forums it doesnt show that I am on one next to my profile picture and user name?
How do I do this? Thank you Love Paris x

Are you an associate LHO or an official LHO?
If you are an associate LHO your name won't change colour and you won't show up as an LHO. |

As Rachel said, if you're an Associate, it won't show up. If you're not, it should show up automatically; and if it's not, it's probably best to PM Mel or Rob.

The others have answered the question. If you applied to be a regular LHO, the change to the username will be done automatically. If you became an associate LHO, your username will remain the same, but you will have access to LiveHelp. PM either Rob or Mel (or both!), if you were accepted as a regular LHO and did not receive access/name change thing.
