I am probably going to be banned for my words written below - but I do not care. For some things need to be said and they have not been properly said yet.

What I say is NOT directed to a certian individual, it is for the whole of us who have been struggling to help and support each other. I have read numerous threads of this forumn and it saddens me to see that things have changed since when I started using TeenHelp.

The thing that makes me the most outraged is this disrespect. If you understand the true meaning of this website; you would know it is to give help and be helped - in a tasteful, respectful manner. Bickering and nagging each other will NOT help anyone. If your in a conflict with another TH member, contact a staff member, a buddy, or just plain ignore them. Just because this is a virtual website, doesn't mean you don't have to treat people entirely opposite from how you treat your real life loved ones and friends.

Second, responsibilty must have slipped from our hands. It is our responsibilty to remain an idol and proper member of this website; to create a positive enviornment to turn too. You have the responsibilty to give the advice you want to give and listen to what you have recieved. Even if the advice is not what you were hoping for, a good thank-you and appreciation for their time and effort is great. (:

Lastly, I care about every single one of you. I know this may sound cheesy and corny as hell - but I believe that the genuine people of this thread deserve to recieve the proper advice and support that they need. You are the most important person. You have to take care of yourself and put your needs infront of others sometimes. I wish you all the best for whichever situation you are facing and I hope you allow yourself to embrace the help that you deserve.

I'm sorry if my words have triggered or offended anyone but I hope you listen to deepest meanings amongst these sentences. The faith of this forumn and the members who post here are in your hands - don't let it crumble.

I don't think this is offensive at all, infacts it's just the honest truth. Well done for posting this I hope that some people will realise if they have faultered a little here on TeenHelp and decide to change.

Being honest and being disrespectful, although they occasionally overlap, aren't usually the same thing.

Thank you for posting this. It wasn't disrespectful, and I don't think it was intended to be so. It's an honest expression of opinion, which I think should definitely be allowed.

There is a fine line between being disrespectful and being honest. What you said was not disrespectful. I get where you are coming from, and I respect you for that, for having the courage to post this. We are here to help people, not to fight. I agree with you. Take care.

Thank you for posting this. A lot of us do feel the exact same and I don't find this disrespectful at all. It was completely honest and true and I hope things will change for the better.

At the end of the day, this is a HELP site! We are all supposed to be here to help and support eachother.

Yes, there is people with different backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, but even you dont agree with someone, you should definitely be respectful of them and be mindful that they have feelings too.

I find that people are more of a mind that they have the right to say whatever they want on these forums, while ignoring the fact that you have to be respectful.
I've read so many times 'I have the right to this, I have the right to that, free speech etc' yep, thats fine, but respect and thought for other peoples feelings goes straight out the window. Not good.

But Every site has trolls and disrespectful members, doesn't it? It's expected everywhere on the internet. We should all join in making this a better community. All members are equal.
