What do the different coloured icons in the chat room mean? -

THe little people next to the names are different colours... what do they mean?
And also, I know the little key thing means the person is typing, but what about the 'help' sign, or the cup of tea? Are there any others? LiveHelpOperator|TalentCommittee RIP Grandad xxx |

Red icons mean that user is a chat moderator
Yellow icons means that the person is a donor. However, in facilitated discussions users with a yellow icon at the top of the list are the facilitator. Blue users are just regular chat users. I hope this helped

Try going through all the options at the top of the list. The "help!" sign to let others know that you need help, and the coffee cup is to let others know you're drinking coffee.

Just select one of them from the drop down menu, above the list of usernames.
