I think that a Harry Potter party would be amazing. =)
But if you want to be able to talk and be goofy then definitely bowling. ![]() People help the people, And if you're homesick, give me your hand and I'll hold it. |

I REALLY like harry potter don't get me wrong, but in my opinion, I think you should do the bowling party just because (from past experience) it lets you talk/mingle with your friends more than having a movie party. You could always go to the movie with some friends after when you hang out, but that's just my opinion. Nonetheless, I know you're going to have an amazing party, doesn't matter which one you choose!

I know that you are looking for the ladies opinions but I thought that I'd throw my thoughts out there so I hope that you don't mind or anything. There are plenty of people who like Harry Potter and of course there will be so many people who go to see it but for a party situation I'd say to go bowling because you can talk and interact while you're bowling but if you're in a cinema watching a movie then there won't be much communication going on at all. I hope that this helps and I hope that you have a great time at your party! You'll have have let us all know how it goes!

I think if you're going for a party, something where you can all have a gossip and chat and what not, go for bowling. I went to a bowling party once and it was great fun, we got party hats, played a game of bowling, had lunch which was included in the party package (though that was just at the place I was at, don't asume that you can get that where you are..just making that clear) and then played in the arcade that was at the place. It was really fun.
However I've been to the cinema too, which is also fun but more of a friendly get together to celebrate. You watch the film remaining quite quiet, so it's really quite different. Personally, I'd go for the bowling. ![]() Have a nice birthday!

I'd go for bowling because:
1) Not everyone likes Harry Potter 2) People who do really like it will probably have already seen it 3) You can't chat in the cinemas To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget

Bowling would probably be a better idea for the party, because of being able to talk and move around and stuff. The movie would be a good choice if you only had a small number of friends who all loved Harry Potter, otherwise it's hard to cater for everyone. I hope you have a great party!
