Help... possibly? - July 21st 2011, 04:01 AM

Okay, so I have decided to do this workout regimen thing.. its 90 days and its about a work out for an hour or so, and I need some major help on following through. How do I keep the promise to myself? How do I make sure I actually follow through on doing it? Please help maybe?

Try making time for it in each day. Don't leave it until late when you're tired and might decide not to do it, but actually carve out a chunk of the day and tell yourself that this time is specifically for your work out. Don't plan anything over the top of this time, and if you know that there will be something happening that you can't avoid, do the work out earlier instead of later. The later you leave it, the less likely it is for you to do it.

Like Hester said, don't leave it until late, because you'll feel tired etc.
I would recommend actually getting up an hour earlier every day and doing it before work/school whatever. Then take a shower before you go out. You'll feel nice and refreshed for your whole day, and pleased and happy that you've accomplished something so early on in the day! <3
