Can you get a post deleted?

There's a post I made a while back and it's far to obvious it's me. It was before I came up with my policy of change the details slightly and use a fake name. It's showing up on Google whoops ...

I'm pretty sure that posts don't get deleted. Can you edit the details?

If you PM the moderator of the forum, they can delete it for you

Or you could just edit your post by clicking the Edit button, and delete most or all of it? I'm not sure if you can do this once it's closed though

Basically, you are responsible for the information YOU post on here. Once a post is closed you cannot edit it, unless you contact the forum mod, however I don't think forum mods can remove content that the poster regrets submitting; unless the OP has edited out the post descreetly.

It's okay. I'm not that worried about it anymore. I doubt anyone will figure out it's me.
