teenhelp question... -

I love this site, but something about it is so annoying to me. If I have a long message to post in a forum, and click the button to post in when I'm done, sometimes, it says I am not logged in and I have to log back in and start over again. Why does it keep doing this and is there a way to fix it?

Well, when you log in you can check this box that will keep you logged in. So, while doing long replies you won't be logged out. Because the way the site is, if you're not doing anything on the site, it will log you out after so long of inactivity. Another thing is, you can type out your reply and before submitting it you can copy it, then re log in and submit it. OR you can type your response in a a word document and copy and paste it to the thread.

Certain sites will do this because typing up a post for a long enough time falls under being inactive. Try turning cookies on and clicking on the button to log you in automatically. As a rule of thumb, whenever I type a medium to long post, I copy and save it along the way in a notepad document.
I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.

Yeah, hit the keep logged in button, and if you're worried about someone finding your account/ seeing you when you're online you can activate the panic button which will take you off of the site in times of emergency. Good luck

Pretty much what everyone else said!
Just hit the stay logged in button. Or copy and paste if you think you've been logged in for too long to be sure you don't lose it. I also recommend the panic button, it's helpful if you need it!
