Wink Recovery - June 21st 2012, 03:52 AM

I'm eating again!!! i told my counsellor yesterday, he was very understanding and helpful, i have more regular appointments now and things are starting to get better, but slowly. I relapsed in cutting again but im working on better methods to help me get back on track again, it also turns out that my periods didnt stop because of my anorexia, they stopped because of something else :/ but now im striving on recovery, its what needs to be done, im trying to turn my life around and do whats best for my future from now on. its going to be hard, but i know i am strong and i can do this, ive gotten back into studying and also takng my meds, im striving to make this year a good one, no matter what life throws at me

I Don't Know Why I am Doing This To Myself....I Just Can't Help But Scream...What Is Happening To Me?! Who Can Possibly Save Me From Myself?!

I am so happy for you! Good luck with recovery, it's tough but it's so worth it. I'll be here every step of the way if you ever need anyone to talk to. I can't even get across how amazing I think you are for making this decision.

That was wonderful to read!
I'm so glad to hear that you've beaten your eating disorder and are eating again. Not only will this help you physically, but mentally as well. And this does go to show that you are stronger than you think and you can do anything you set your mind too. <3

And here you are living, despite it all.

Hey Emily,

It's great to hear that you're thinking positively and you are on the road to recovery, I'm so proud. It won't be an easy process and at times you may relapse at times but that may help you become a stronger person. You are really strong and I'm really proud of you for choosing recovery.

Good luck with recovery, Emily!

Take care,
