One Year.

As of today it has been one year since i last SHed.

It is kinda hard to believe i made it a year, it hasn't been easy. Though it does get a little easier at times, but the urges never go away.

I still remember making a thread for when it was 6 months, but now it is a year. And it feels good to have it be a year now. Last night when i suddenly remembered, i just started grinning because i am proud of myself for it. One of the things i did for myself for this is i got myself a few TWLOHA shirts, and i am actually wearing my first one right now because of what today means to me.

Hopefully this will keep going, and hopefully more people are able to come this far. It is an amazing feeling, but it takes work but it is worth the work.

Thanks to everyone here for being there, even if i have never talked too.

That's an amazing accomplishment, you should feel proud.
It's not an easy thing to do, but it is possible, and you've showed us that. TWLOHA tshirts are really nice, I hope to get one sometime soon. And I believe the next TWLOHA day is Febuary 13th, so you can participate in that if you'd like.

Hey Sarah, congratulations on your one year SH free! That is seriously such a fantastic achievement, you've come such a long way with this (I remember your 6 months SH free thread, unless my memory is going xD) and I hope your feeling proud of your efforts and how far you've come with this. We're all proud of you and with strength you've shown you have by getting so far, I think you can keep going from strength to strength with this.

Keep strong and of course, keep up the great work!

Hey Sarah, know I'm like two days later but wanted to say well done anyway.
One year is a really long time and that's such a huge acheivement, you should be very proud of yourself! You've come this far and looking back it must feel really nice to know how much stronger you are now. I hope that things say looking up for you and you stay as postive about everything!
