Anxiety hit me bad seeing my twin looking so rough this morning. As if battling my own anxiety isn't bad enough.

I finally get an appointment and my anxiety never disappoints. It's a drive though site and I can't drive, so will that be an issue, maybe I can't get it there?! If we get there and it's an issue, that's going to be a huge hassle and embarrassing. At least I scheduled early so we have time to deal with crap like that. I'm sure I won't be the only one to be in this situation. We'll figure it out. I hope

Why is the weekend always so short?! I'm desperate for Saturday, bored by Sunday, and miserable again by Wed. it's ridiculous.

I doubt it's that healthy to wake up this stressed and anxious. My blood pressure is probabky high

My hands are really painful. I think I've had a reaction to the gloves we use at work. Which is going to be a nightmare to explain to a manager who hardly believed in covid and so never orders gloves in the first place...

The change in routine for my vaccine tomorrow means I can't really relax, and the possibility of side effects at work... more so with the next one.

I’m so uncomfortable. I don’t belong. Maybe it’s because of what I wear, but I can’t imagine feeling any better after wearing what they want me to. It’s their values, their beliefs, why should I CONFORM? They get up in your face, make judgements, have opinions. I don’t judge them for doing what they do. Why do they think they’re entitled? “She’s so sweet” and? Doesn’t mean she can come into my space.

I get it, but mental illness doesn't give you the right to be an asshole. Doesn't mean you have to avoid people all together unless you can't act like a decent human.
