My mother always used to do that and it made me so mad.... I said "stop comparing me to them.... I am my own person,I have my own mind"

Whats going on Mindfulness??

I really would like to help you..On another VBB site is on 1 of the other members is lashing out on me,calling me names,etc.. Im trying to get him to tell me whats wrong.. I know it will help him feel better about things!

Its not nice when people take thier anger out on others.. They think it will make things better for them but it really doesnt...
