So my mother lives in Oregon. I live in California....she gets mad at ME for not visiting her more often. It's not MY fault she moves 11 hours away! For her doormat of a fiance! GGRRRR. Then she just pulls me out of school for a week at a time to fly me up to see her..I HATE PLANES! I missed so much school last year the teachers actually had a meeting about how it's not right for her to make me go. And now it's my junior year! I can't keep missing school. I'm going to flunk out! Ugh and then she lies to me about everything! "How come you and Rob are living together mom? You told me it's told right to live with someone before you're married" "Oh don't worry hunny, we're Christians. We aren't going to have sex till we're married.".....Mom I'm in the bedroom next to yours. I'm not deaf!!! Which btw..EEWWWWWW
Okay, that felt good.

Re: My freaking mother -

Hey there,
I hope the rant helped a bit. Sometimes it's just nice to get things out. I understand that your mom would like to see you often, but seeing as she is quite a distance from you, it's a little inconvenient. Missing that much school to go visit is alot of extra work for you, and it's really affecting your marks in a negative way. If your mom doesn't realise this, perhaps bringing it up the next time she's talking about pulling you out of school. You could ask her to come travel to see you instead of going all the way to see her during the school year. Or, you could make plans for the future so that everyone knows ahead of time when you're going, you know? It would all be a little more convinient for you and for finding the time to travel out to see her. Take care. :] Don't just exist...LIVE. |
