After barely any sleep thanks to murder, fire, police, and shouting outside my house last night, I've had to cancel my CBT appointment because my road is closed off as a crime scene, I've made my arm bleed by subconsciously picking at it, I've hurt my wrist scraping it off the inside of a cupboard, and I'm just waiting for the police to show up to ask us questions. I'm going to be covered in plasters by the end of the day if this keeps up.
