My mum persuaded me to go clothes shopping today. The shopping centre was packed, I only found 1 thing I liked out of 5 shops, almost had a panic attack in one of them and she made me try stuff on and I had to see my disgusting body. I honestly thought I was going to start crying in front of everyone at one point and told my mum that I didn't want to look in anymore shops.

I just keep gaining weight. My anxiety is so bad that there's no way I can go for a run/to the gym. Just spent a load of money on an exercise bike so I can at least get some exercise.

Why have I been so upset and paranoid, lately? I feel like some of my friends are pulling away from me. I'm really the only one that starts a conversation. I'm never sure if they're just putting up with me. I just want my life to be better than it is, but I don't feel strong enough. I'm going to find a way to make it better, regardless if any "friends" want to stick by and help, or not.
