One hell of a sh!77y day. - October 12th 2011, 02:26 AM

Yeah.

Well, it all started off this morning. I was so tired I couldn't move. I just felt like an immobile block of lead or something. I laid there for five minutes past when I should have, then couldn't find anything to wear. My thoughts exactly at that moment were: "Oh, shit. This is gonna be a bad day."

Turned out to be nothing less.

I get to school. Jon tells me we had a lot of homework in Geometry the day before (I got signed out before fourth block). Then I find that my first block teacher -- in other words, my favorite teacher -- is absent. So we go down to the band room to sit with another teacher who's planning period it was. Not so bad, right? Well, then we had a lockdown, and of course, sleepy ole' me had to go stand in the hallway with everyone else while they searched my bag. Worried the hell out of me, 'cause I had Benedryl in there, and I wasn't sure whether the dogs would alert their caretakers to it.

Then during lunch, my best friend and I ended up leaving our other best friend (there's a trio of us) at the class rings place and I felt guilty about it the rest of lunch hour. I come into my homeroom class and think I'm tardy. I found out just how terrible my art skills were when I attempted to draw something out for some other people to tell them my idea for an anti-bullying shirt. Third block, I pretty much sulked with my MP3 player and a Dresden Files book, and other than talking to Jon some, it was pretty much like old times, when I was depressed.

Got home this evening, holed up in my room to write a bunch of moody poetry, "forgot" about my Geometry homework until 9:00, when I had to take a shower before actually doing my work. Now it's... Sometime after ten, and I'm so tired I feel like someone is pushing their thumbs into my eyelids, saying: "Sleep, sleep."

The only good thing, haha, is that the dude that I kind of like (my best friend's cousin) talked to me today. Then I found out that his crazy pink-haired ex who pounded him in the shoulder and left like this huge bruise thing is dating my ex. Need I mention that the crazy pink-haired ex of my best friend's cousin's also happens to be have a very violent and threatening personality.

She should get along with my "woe-is-me, I'm-worth-nothing," cheating ex boyfriend quite well. I'm actually kind of looking forward to seeing how this plays out. I find some sort of sick amusement in their whole relationship, really.

Lol... sounds very much like my average day. My shit day usually start with me brushing my teeth too vigorously and stabbing myself in the gum with the toothbrush so it bleeds everywhere. Then everything goes downhill. I even once bit the toothbrush in two in anger. So funny now when I think of it.

But don't if you're easily triggered. If you're not easily triggered then go ahead.

Seriously? I actually used to do that, too. Then I figured out the remedy: A soft-bristled brush. Then no matter how hard I brush, it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as before.

Wouldn't make a difference, 'cos I would usually stab myself in the mouth with the plastic bit. Soft or hard bristles make little difference then.

I suppose that's true.
