Okay what the fuck is with are school systems 0 tolerance for bullying my ass i was sitting here on the computer when some scumbag exited out of a window i needed and the teacher was watching the whole thing then this fucking loser started to give me a speech on how i should better myself and all that shit so i can get out of highschool INFRONT OF THE WHOLE CLASS and the teacher did shit all I swear to god if this fucker does it again he is going to have a very quick and painful meeting with a desk I cant take this bullshit anymore its too much stress on me I have more importnat classes to worry about I could give a rats ass about Entreupernuership and all these fucking losers and sassholes in this class I am not going to be mr nice joshie anymore if they wanna fuck around im so down ! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH so fucken pissed right now >_<

I'm sorry that you're having a very tough time at school. I'd advise you not to do anything that causes harm to anybody else; even if they are the bully. I think it would be good for you to keep telling the teachers about the issues you are having with these people; it will eventually get sorted and they will act on it. If the teacher(s) you have told haven't done anything regarding the bullying then I'd encourage you to tell another teacher who may be of some better help.

Tell a guidance councilor or parent or principal or something. Any adult. Even the police. Tell the police and they'll DEFIANTLY do something. I don't know where you are, but if you live in America, some states made anti-bullying laws. I know. Bullying sucks. Went through it for years. Hope everything works out.

That does sound harsh what Will did in your class. Your teacher was also quite apathetic or indifferent to the comments, which isn't right.

I think though that it's good that you feel angered because of this. You can use that anger in order to stand strong for yourself, whether that's standing strong against anyone bullying you or even telling administration if things get out of hand. You say this person wants you to do better for yourself. It's a challenge that's been sent towards you, even if the person's motives behind it were mean-spirited or not. It's a good opportunity to accept this challenge to become a stronger person.

I don't think that telling the police would be a good idea because, unfortunately, bullying like this can be common in high schools. The administration within the school needs to do a better job of enforcing an anti-bullying culture as much as they can. Perhaps you can also talk to your teacher - not even about bullying, but just build a better relationship with them. That way, they'll be more reactive about any bullying towards you that happens within the classroom. It shouldn't have to be that way, but judging by your teacher's response, that would be one way to have more support on your side for future instances of bullying.

Chances are if you do bounce his head on a desk like a basketball, you're the one who will get in trouble and that would only add to your frustrations. Telling the police is a waste of their time and a waste of your time because logging someone out of a computer window is hardly damaging. It may be annoying but nothing more. According to your story, the teacher was a bump on a log, apathetic and useless for your situation. Instead, if the person does similar silliness in other classes, you could tell a different teacher about the issue.

Personally, I would solve it a different way. Telling the teacher makes you a more likely target for bullying, especially when the teacher do shit all. Bouncing the person's head on the desk like a basketball also doesn't get you anywhere. Instead, when you're using the computer and the person comes over for whatever reason, be on guard. When their hand finds its way to the mouse, keyboard or anywhere in your space, grab the wrist area and give it a good twist, not hard enough to cause damage but just enough for some pain. In self-defense classes I help teach, we often teach the students how to break or simply hurt the person's wrist because when someone punches or grabs you, the wrist may be the closest joint (or fingers and thumb can also be played with). Normally this wouldn't fly in schools but if the teacher is that apathetic to start with, they probably won't react right away. It'll hurt for a few seconds, then gradually fade with no discernable skin marks. In addition to this, once you have either twisted his wrist or just grabbed his arm, then you can say something quietly to him if the teacher is out of ear-shot.

Of course, if he has some friends then that can back-fire if you're unwilling to stand and verbally confront them.
