As the title said, im in this huge fucking rut of having my life going fuck all nowhere. Just recovering from a drinking problem and its still hard to resist, trying my best not to have anouther drop and going back to my demons. No job, im trying to get one but keep getting turned down everywhere i go. Im 20 years old for fuck sake Im trying to go somewhere with the girl i like (made a thread about that the other day) but im too much of a coward to do anything. Everyday is the same old routine, my life is going quickly before my eyes and ill be 30 in anouther ten years.

Hey Will, I know what you mean. At 19, I feel like I'm not getting anywhere in life without an actual job & I haven't picked a major yet. But I know things will get better, just as they will get better for you. As for the girl, go for it. You're not a coward, you're just shy. Believe me, girls think shy guys are cute. So be honest, tell her you're shy & tell her you have strong feelings for her. You are NOT a useless idiot. Hang in there, things will get better. You're welcome to message me anytime.
