Why is my life so full of irony.
 I made it to three weeks of not cutting as of midnight.. Then I dropped a plate and stepped on broken glass, so my foot's bleeding now.

I don't consider that self harm. It was an accident. We all make mistakes, so don't let it get to you. Keep your chin up. I'm happy you quit cutting.

I don't consider it self-harm either since that time it was an accident. It just bothered me that after I've been trying not to hurt myself, I got hurt so easily.

The irony sucks, I know but accidents happen. You may have accidentally hurt yourself but at least you know that you're still SH free which is something that you should be proud of so don't let this accident bother you and be happy about how far that you've come

This isn't self harm, don't worry. Self harm is only if it is on purpose. We will all get cuts and bruises, you can't avoid that. It's only if you do it on purpose that there is a problem.

It was an accident, accidents happen. As long as you didn't do it deliberately, it's not considered self-harming.

Just remember what you have accomplished, if you can make it this far, you can get farther. It will get easier the longer you go, so hang in there
